» Is the Hotel easily accessible?
Yes. Our central location means that we are easily accessed by all modes of transport. If you are arriving from either of Rome’s two major airports we suggest that you take the public transport links to Termini Station. From Termini board Metro Line A going in the direction of Anagnina. Get off at the Manzoni stop and walk 150 metres toward the Hotel on Via Porta Maggiore, 51. See our location page for more details.
» What is the Hotel Best Rome cancellation policy?
Bookings must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival or a cancellation fee may be applied.
» What is the hotel check-in time?
Guests are asked to check-in before 2pm.
» What is the hotel check-out time?
Guests are asked to check-out by 11am.
» Does the booking fee include a breakfast?
Yes. Guests that book with us are offered a full complimentary breakfast.
» Does the hotel have a restaurant?
No but the surrounding area is inundated with a wide selection of restaurants serving food at reasonable prices.
» Does the hotel have internet access?
Yes. Hotel Best provides its guests with complimentary internet access in our air-conditioned public areas.
» Does the hotel provide rollaways and cribs for children?
Yes. Such bedding should be requested upon booking and some fees may apply.
» Can we park close to the hotel?
